Oil of The Week:


Frankincense: derived from the gummy sap that oozes out of the Boswellia and Commiphora trees, respectively, when their bark is cut since biblical times

Used for emotional, physical healing. Relieves inflammation, reduces scars, relieves pain, stress and anxiety, great for acne and removing warts, reduces swelling, promotes sleep, enhances other oil properties.


How to use Frankincense: since this is a very concentrated oil one must take care to dilute it before use. Depending on what it is being used on it is best to dilute it in Almond oil for face treatments or coconut oil for body treatments.  Rosehip oil will also be a great choice as base oil. Use only 2 to 3 drops of Frankincense to every ounce of base oil.

This oil has a very distinctive pleasant and soothing fragrance that will relax and recharge you at the same time. Our Be Love Face oil is blended with Frankincense as well as white rose oil using almond oil as a base, all accompanied by Rose quartz crystal chips. It is great for removing make up and leaving the residue on the skin as a moisturizer and nighttime relaxant and anti-stressant.

Me time Recipe: In this fast pace World me time is hard to find however in order to align our selves it is imperative that we make the time to decompress and de stress to avoid health and emotional issues. Find 10 minutes to close your eyes and make a simple mask  by soaking 2 cotton rounds in 2 drops of Frankincense and 1 ounce of rosehip oil. Dilute it in 1/3 cup water and place them on top of your eyes closed of course. This will immediately dissipate anxiety, stress and will allow you to continue your day in balance and with the right energy. Not only that Rosehip and Frankincense oils will help erase any eye swelling or bags under your eyes if you lacked a good night sleep.

Managing your Energy:

Meditate daily for 15 to 20 minutes:

First thing before you open any texts, messages, e mails or look in your social media. Find a quiet comfortable place and close your eyes sitting down with your back straight against something or not whatever is  most comfortable.

Close your eyes and breathe deeply 4 or 5 times concentrating on your breathing or a white noise. The goal is to relax the whole body and clear any thoughts. Sometimes will be easier than others. When a thought comes let it go easily. Your mind  might wonder here and there just reset every time and don’t get frustrated. Any time with a clear mind is better than none.

When the alarm goes off after 20 minutes set an intention for the day such as: Today I will not judge myself, today I will seek harmony within my thoughts, today I will reach for clarity, today I want to experience fun, etc.
